This research was conducted by CooperGibson Research on behalf of the Department for Education. The findings are from interviews with 17 apprenticeship providers on the pilot and 19 LDD learners who had used the flexibilities.
The report explores:

- what worked well or less well
- the experiences of providers and learners
- perceptions around scaling up
