  1. Added condition 14 about delivery of apprenticeship units.

  2. Updated Conditions 11 and 12 of 'APAR conditions of acceptance' to reflect changes in Ofsted grades.

  3. Updated 'Condition 5: gap in provision exceptions' of 'APAR conditions of acceptance'.

  4. Removed references to end-point assessment organisations as these have been removed from the apprenticeship provider and assessment register.

  5. Added a new condition for eligible costs for EPAOs as condition 14. Previous conditions from 14 on to 22 are renumbered as 15 to 23.
