Details

The Driving Standards Agency is replacing the ADI check test with a ‘standards check’ from April 2014. This will include:

  • using a new form to assess ADIs
  • removing the option for ADIs to have a role play

These equality impact assessment look at what impact the changes will have on the ‘protected characteristics’ groups:

  • age
  • disability
  • gender
  • gender reassignment
  • race
  • religion or belief
  • sexual orientation
  • pregnancy
  • maternity
