Competent authorities in non-EU countries should use these forms to request updates to the list of establishments in non-EU countries approved to export animals and animal products to Great Britain.
These forms should only be used by competent authorities in countries that are approved to export the following to Great Britain:
- live animals
- products of animal origin
- germinal products
- animal by-products
- hay and straw
Use the ‘Approved establishments list: update request form’ to report updates to the list of approved establishments. Read the guidance on ‘How to request an update to the list of approved establishments’ before you complete the form.
Send completed forms to ukassurance@defra.gov.uk as soon as possible to ensure trade is not interrupted.
The UK and the EU do not share data about approved establishments in non-EU countries. You must complete the form to tell us about updates to the list of approved establishments, even if you’ve already notified the EU.
