Details

The purpose of this divisional circular letter is to inform building control bodies in England and Wales on the effect of regulation 17 of the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2010, with regard to the giving of final certificates by approved inspectors.

The guidance in this circular letter applies to buildings and building work in England, and also to excepted energy buildings in Wales.
