Details
The Department for Communities and Local Government has conducted a detailed review of architect regulation and the Architects Registration Board and its findings are now published here.
The review confirms continued light touch regulation based on protection of title but has identified opportunities to reduce costs and improve services through strengthening the Board’s governance and improving their complaints handling processes.
