Asbestos management assurance process (AMAP) report

2017 data collection on asbestos

Details

The asbestos management assurance process (AMAP) was a voluntary data collection which ran from 2018 to 2021. We asked schools to provide information about their asbestos management practices. This included confirming they were compliant with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

The report covers information provided by schools and their responsible bodies between 1 March 2018 and 15 February 2019 and is a record of the department’s strategy at that time. You can use the spreadsheet to see which schools and responsible bodies participated in the AMAP.

For more detailed information on each school or responsible body, see Get Information about Schools

If you have any queries, please refer to the Department for Education general enquiries page. The Department for Education will not be able to provide copies of individual survey results.
