Use this form to ask a family court for permission to apply on behalf of another person who needs protection from domestic abuse, or the risk of domestic abuse.

Who can apply
You can only apply if the person they need protection from lives either in:
- Greater Manchester
- the London boroughs of Croydon, Bromley or Sutton
Where to apply
You can only apply to the following family courts:
If the person they need protection from lives in Sutton, you can apply either in Croydon or Bromley.
