Details
An access to justice (A2J) assessment is a practical toolkit that enables HMCTS to identify, fix and monitor access to justice barriers.
The assessments use existing data to identify access to justice barriers and additional analysis and primary research to validate the findings, understand the underlying causes and develop solutions.
HMCTS then continues to monitor the relevant data in the service to assess if A2J has been improved.
