The YOT to YOT transfer questions are one of a number of Early Practice Changes that are available to use in youth offending teams before the technical deployment of AssetPlus. Each YOT can decide locally whether to implement each Change.

The YOT to YOT transfer questions and supporting guidance will help practitioners effectively complete case transfers in a standardised way.

Please ensure you read all of the supporting guidance before implementing the questions.
