Updated in line with the Nationality and Borders Act 2022 so that an individual will be considered to have committed a ‘particularly serious crime’ if they have received a sentence of 12 months or more imprisonment. Relevant legislation section updated and references removed to EU legislation which the UK is no longer bound by. Exclusion and dependants section updated to include Family Asylum Claims.
