Use the online ARC enquiry form to contact the Home Office about your ARC card.

Use the online ARC enquiry form to tell the Home office if:
- you have not received your ARC
- your ARC has been lost, stolen, seized or damaged
- your ARC has expired or will expire soon
- the work concession on the ARC is wrong
- the photograph on the ARC is wrong
You may need to provide fingerprints and a facial image again.
If other people in your family also have problems with their ARC, fill in one form for each person.
