Background
This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the Access to Work Holistic Assessment Provider Guidance:
- Chapter 2 – Target Group and Eligibility - numerous changes have been made to this chapter to incorporate information on Self Employment in AtW Plus Proof of Concept, Enhanced Holistic Assessments for TESG recipients and additional changes to confirm current policy.
- Chapter 5 – The Provider Referrals and Payment System (PRaP) – has been updated with a note to inform providers that TESG recipients requiring an Enhanced Holistic Assessment will be referred as “ATW HA/Provider name/TESG”.
- Annex A, Annex B and Annex C – have also been updated with new information and tables to fulfil accessibility requirements.

You and your supply chain partners should familiarise yourself with the amendments to the Provider Guidance as soon as possible.
