Background
This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the Access to Work Holistic Assessment (HA) Provider Guidance.

Both Chapter 2 and Annex C has been updated to reflect that Transitional Employer Support Grant (TESG) ended 30th September 2024 and no further referrals should be made.

Chapter 2 Paragraphs 2.35, 2.77 and 2.80 and Chapter 6 Paragraph 6.23 have been updated to reflect the change in team name from AtW Operations Service Delivery Business Support Team to Service Delivery Team.

Chapter 5 Paragraph 5.15 and 5.16 has been updated to clarify the PRaP referral process.

Revisions to Chapter 7 incorporate the latest requirements for Independent Case Examiner (ICE). There is also an addition of a Data Protection Legislation section.
