Background

1. This memo informs you about minor amendments to the Access to Work Holistic Assessments Provider Guidance Chapter 4 (Quality) and the Access to Work Holistic Assessments Provider Guidance annexes. It also advises of the relocation of the annexes from Jaegger to GOV.UK.

2. Minor amendments have been made to Annex A to clearly indicate type of assessment (face to face or virtual) and place of assessment.

3. Annex C (Standard email format and content for acceptance and rejection of reports) is no longer used, so it will not be republished on GOV.UK.

4. Due to the removal of Annex C, reference to Annex C has been removed from Chapter 4 (Quality).

5. In Access to Work Holistic Assessments Live Running Memo 21 issued in June 2021 we advised that the Access to Work Holistic Assessments Provider Guidance annexes had been removed from GOV.UK and relocated to Jaegger in line with DWP Digital Group Communications accessibility regulations.

6. Consultation with stakeholders highlighted issues with the relocation of the annexes to Jaegger and we have negotiated with DWP Digital Group Communications to have the Access to Work Holistic Assessments Provider Guidance annexes reinstated on GOV.UK alongside the Provider Guidance.

7. The Access to Work Holistic Assessments Provider Guidance annexes will be removed from Jaegger.
