Background
1. This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service Provider Guidance regarding the procedure for actioning PRaP 14 forms alongside new paragraphs on incident markers
2. Paragraphs 4.11- 4.12 of the MHSS Provider Guidance have been revised in line with the new process.
3. Paragraphs 4.54 - 4.55 of the MHSS Provider Guidance have been added focusing on incident markers notified to providers via PRaP and links to further information in the Provider Generic Provider Guidance
Summary and action
4. As this revision constitutes a policy change, please ensure you and your supply chain partners are familiar with the changes in paragraphs 4.11 – 4.12 of the AtW MHSS Provider Guidance.
5. All PRaP 14 forms should now be sent to the Access to Work Provider Guidance Policy inbox: atwproviderguidance.policy@dwp.gov.uk.
6. The Access to Work Policy team will consider your request and you will be notified of the outcome.
7. We may need to gather further information from you to enable us to process your request.
8. If the PRaP 14 request is agreed, the POST team will then take action to remove the incorrect date(s) enabling you to input the correct ones, if required.
