If this is your vehicle, read the vehicle seizure notice to find out how to claim it.

A valid claim for the property must be made by 14 November 2024 (the 16th working day after the date of the seizure) and fully supported by the following documentation.

Documents required for valid claim of entitlement

  1. Proof of identity - photocard driving licence or passport
  2. Proof of address - 2 different documents in the applicant’s name no older than 3 months, such as utility bills
  3. Vehicle registration document or other proof of ownership for the seized property
  4. Valid insurance and driving licence - to be able to lawfully remove the vehicle.
  5. If acting as an agent, written proof of authority to act as an agent, such as valid power of attorney.
