Use this security declaration template to make it clear to your relevant business partners of their responsibilities under AEO.

You do not need to complete the security declaration if you already have contracts or other types of agreements in place with your business partners that cover AEO responsibilities.

You can amend the template to suit your business and use it as evidence when HMRC audits your business.
