Details of the application
BAM Nuttall Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a licence to abstract water from underground strata known as Broadland Rivers Chalk and Crag at:

Martham at National Grid References (NGRs) TG 44051 19180, TG 44062 19180, TG 44063 19168, TG 44053 19166 and TG 44051 19180 to transfer it to a drain at National Grid Reference (NGR) TG 44074 19154 without intervening use.

St Benets at NGRs TG 39957 15522, TG 39971 15523, TG 39972 15515, TG 39957 15513 and TG 39957 15522 to transfer it to a drain at NGR TG 39949 15518 without intervening use.

Horsey at NGRs TG 45697 22155, TG 45715 22163, TG 45717 22153, TG 45701 22147 and TG 45697 22155 to transfer it to a drain at NGR TG 45708 22145 without intervening use.
