Bardolf Farms Limited: application made to abstract water

Bardolf Farms Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for two licences.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of these applications in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
These applications are to abstract water from the River Piddle and Devils Brook near Puddletown, at the following National Grid References simultaneously:
From the Piddle River, National Grid References (NGRs) SY 76022 94595, SY 76340 94435, SY 76455 94476, SY 76490 94452, and SY 76704 94322, SY 76788 94409, SY 76839 94476, SY 77035 94426, SY 77079 94485 and SY 77282 94388.
From the Devil`s Brook, NGRs SY 77372 96150, SY 77408 96048, SY 77422 96007, SY 77510 95754, SY 77538 95673, SY 77550 95417, SY 77521 95320, SY 77451 95090 and SY 77447 95079, SY 77293 94779, SY 77354 94435, SY 77431 94330, SY 77398 94292, SY 77393 94040, SY 77694 94113 and SY 77902 94141.
Abstraction occurs between November and March for all sluices.
Water will be transferred into a series of water meadow channels adjacent to the abstraction points via various sluices, without intervening use.
The proposed abstraction lies within Dorset Catchment Abstraction Management Strategy reporting area.
