BDUK conducted approximately 1,000 online surveys and five follow-up in-depth interviews to better understand challenges people face in rural areas and how benefits are most likely to be realised from improved mobile coverage.

This report outlines the issues people living and working in mobile not spots face in their daily lives and identifies likely benefits to include improvements in work satisfaction and safety, economic growth and well being.
