This is the second annual report on better regulation for the 2017 to 2019 Parliament. It includes information on the government’s progress towards the business impact target (BIT).

The report is a statutory obligation of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act (SBEE) 2015.

   A new version of the report has replaced the November 2019 version to amend the accidental omission of a part of Table 3. The missing part of the table can now be found on page 17.
