Imposing anti-dumping duty retrospectively for bicycles produced by the Universal Cycle Corporation (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd (anti-dumping duty 2412)

The Commission announced in Regulation 2020/966 OJ ref. L213 that it is imposing anti-dumping duty on imports of bicycles produced by Universal Cycle Corporation (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd. This follows a new exporter review.
The individual additional code (C453) attributed to this producer is repealed, and the company is subject to the anti-dumping duty rate for ‘all other companies’. This is 48.5% and is backdated to 17 December 2019.
The regulation takes effect from 7 July 2020.
