The complaint is from a non-governmental organisation (NGO) stating that HPower Group Limited (HPG) a UK company and 2 multinationals, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
The NGO is the Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy (BIRD) based in the United Kingdom.
The complaint is now closed. The UK NCP has found that the actions of the HPG are now consistent with the principles and standards set out in the OECD Guidelines.
