You should use this general licence to move poultry carcasses for disposal from premises in a protection zone or surveillance zone to other premises within or outside the zone.

This licence can only be used in England and Wales.

  1. The licence has been updated to include the movement of poultry and other captive bird carcasses. This licence is valid from  16:42 on 11 March 2025 until suspended or revoked in writing and replaces the EXD339(HPAI)(EW) licence that came into force at 15:52 on 18 February 2025.
