The Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006 (as amended), regulation 3(1)

Assimilated Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1136, Article 4(4)(e)

1) In accordance with regulation 3(1) of the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) (England) Regulations 2006 (as amended) and Article 4(4)(e) of Assimilated Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1136, the Secretary of State hereby revokes the general licence ‘EXD 178(AI) general licence to arrange a fair, market, show, exhibition or other gathering involving the collecting together of poultry in England’, which came into force at 00:01 on 29 February 2024.

2) This revocation has effect from 18.00 on 10 February 2025.
