Details of the application

Pamela M Gooderham, Robert J Burwood Gooderham, Christine Gooderham, James R Burwood Gooderham and George E Burwood Gooderham trading as BJ and PM Gooderham has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 6/33/42/*G/0136/R03 which authorises the abstraction of water from groundwater at Garboldisham, Norfolk.

The variation applied for is: to trade 72,400 cubic meters per year from licence 6/33/42/G/0128/R01 to licence 6/33/42/G/0136/R03 and once traded, revoke licence 6/33/42/*G/0128/R01.
