The Traffic Commissionre made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Whiteparish Transport Limited with effect from 23:59 on 24 August 2018
  • revoke the operator licence held by BKG Transport Limited with effect from 23:59 on 24 August 2018
  • disqualify Terry Kevin Gover from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence for a period of 2 years and until he sits and passes the transport manager CPC qualification
  • disqualify Terry Kevin Gover from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the transport operations of an entity that holds such a licence for a period of 2 years from 24 August 2018
  • disqualify Anthony Kenneth Gover from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the transport operations of an entity that holds such a licence for a period of 2 years from 24 August 2018
  • disqualify Whiteparish Transport Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the transport operations of an entity that holds such a licence for a period of 2 years from 24 August 2018
  • disqualify BKG Transport Limited from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the transport operations of an entity that holds such a licence for a period of 2 years from 24 August 2018
