Details

In response to recommendation 28 of the Windrush Lessons Learned Review, we committed to 3 actions, that we:

  • would publish workforce diversity data
  • would set out comprehensive action and delivery plans to address under-representation of Black, Asian and minority staff at senior levels within the Home Office
  • would revise our diversity and inclusion strategy to ensure we better reflect our aspirations on race and inclusion

This report addresses the 2nd bullet of these actions.
