Bluetongue: licence to move animals from a premises within a temporary control zone (TCZ) to another premises within the same TCZ during the seasonally vector low period (EXD585(E))

This licence allows you to move animals between premises in the same TCZ during the seasonally vector low period.

This general licence allows you to move animals from a premises in a TCZ to another premises in the same TCZ during the seasonally vector low period. 

You do not need to apply for this general licence, but you must meet its conditions and follow its instructions.
