BMATT (CZ) deployed a 2 man In Country Training Team (ICTT) to TRADOC, Ferazaj Training Centre, Kosovo between 22 Jan - 02 Feb 2012. The task was to deliver a 9 day Training Management course.

The aim was to instruct, assist and advise 12 instructors between the rank of Capt and Sergeant from the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) on training management and coaching techniques in order to develop their training capabilities.

The students were all highly motivated and extremely keen to learn the British process of training management in order to implement some of the methods into thier own system and improve on the methods previously taught by KFOR. The theory based lessons were taught in classrooms within TRADOC and all live training took place on the Ferazaj training facilities. All of the students were instructional staff from different units throughout the KSF. As only a small portion of the students spoke English, the course was delivered through interpreters.

Overall the deployment to Kosovo was a resounding success with the training management conducted by the students in a safe and competent manner.
