Letter from Housing and Planning Minister Gavin Barwell to Councillor Susan Hinchcliffe (Leader of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council), issuing a direction on 10 October 2016 under section 21 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which directed the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council not to take any steps in connection with the adoption of the Plan, whilst the direction remained in force.

Letter from Gavin Barwell to Councillor Susan Hinchcliffe, lifting the direction originally issued on 10 October 2016 under section 21 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, allowing the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council to adopt its Plan if it wishes to.
