Details

Dr Groves alleged that the Society of Authors breached section 48(5) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 in publishing on its website a biographical statement, which served the purpose of an election address for four of the seven candidates for election to the Management Committee. The Certification Officer dismissed the complaint upon withdrawal by the claimant.
