Complaint that the National Secretary had held a post for a period of more than five years, in breach of sections 46(1)(a) and (b) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Terms of a settlement were agreed between the parties and the dismissed the complaint on withdrawal by the claimant.
