Two complaints alleging breaches of sections 48(4) and 48(5) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 in relation to the election of Council representatives of the ASCL for the period 2009-2012. He 1992 Act. The Certification Officer dismissed both complaints.
