Complaint of breach rule relating to election or removal from office - Failure to advertise post -Section 108A (2) (a) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Complaint of Breach of section 46(1)(b) and 49(5) of the 1992 Act.Order made that post of President to be filled in a manner which satisfies the requirements of the 1992 Act.
