Details

The claimant alleged that the union breached its rules by accepting a change of rule to the rules of procedure and standing orders of a local shop stewards committee. Following correspondence and action by the union, the claimant withdrew the complaint and the Certification Officer dismissed the application on withdrawal by the claimant.
