Details

Three complaints made that the union was in breach of its rules relating to disciplinary action taken against the claimant. The Assistant Certification Officer directed there should be a preliminary hearing to determine whether the complaints had been brought within the statutory time limits . Following the preliminary hearing the Assistant Certification Officer dismissed the complaints for having been brought out of time.
