Details

Twelve complaints alleging the union breached its rules in relation to disciplinary action. The Certification Officer upheld two complaints and dismissed the other ten. The Certification Officer considered it inappropriate to make an enforcement order on the Association in respect of the 2 complaints which were upheld.
