Details

The claimant made two complaints arising out of his suspension as a lay union representative in 2005 and the disciplinary charge laid against him in 2007. The Certification Officer made the declaration sought in the first complaint and issued an enforcement order that the union shall treat the Claimant’s suspension from office between October 2005 and January 2007 as invalid and ineffective. The Certification Officer refused the second complaint.
