Details

The claimants alleged a number of breaches of union rule mainly in respect of the suspension of the claimants from the Executive Council in 2011 and subsequent disciplinary action taken against them. At the hearing two complaints were dismissed on withdrawal. The Certification Officer refused the claimants’ other applications.
