Details

Mr Wilson made a complaint of a breach of a union rule in relation to a local branch election. The Certification Officer struck out the complaint under section 256ZA of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 on the basis that it had no reasonable prospect of success.
