Details

The applicant made three complaints under 108A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 that the union had breached its rules relating to the West Midlands Regional Committee elections.

The Certification Officer dismissed the application upon withdrawal by the applicant.
