The breakdown of settlement funding assessment is in 2 parts:

• the table sets out the allocations by local authority of the elements that make up the settlement funding assessment for 2015 to 2016, and the basis for the figures
• the settlement funding assessment calculation model for 2015 to 2016 sets out the calculation of the settlement funding assessment at local authority level to enable local authorities to check their funding for 2015 to 2016
