Details

Every screening service is expected to have arrangements in place for managing women in their area who are eligible for VHR screening. These women have been assessed as:

  • being at higher risk of developing breast cancer than the general population
  • meeting the eligibility criteria

All the VHR letters and forms referred to in this guidance are available on the National Breast Screening System (NBSS) IT system.
