This guidance only applies to Afghan arrivals on ACRS and ARAP schemes who entered bridging accommodation before August 2023.
This guidance sets out the Home Office’s current policy position relating to those who:
- were legally resettled under the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS) or Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP)
- currently live in bridging accommodation or interim accommodation
