Details

The Double Taxation Agreement entered into force on 12 April 2010. It takes effect in the British Virgin Islands from 1 January 2011 and in the UK from 6 April 2011.

Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) and Double Taxation Agreement, exchange of information signed 29 October 2008, entered into force 12 April 2010.
