The Deputy Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licence held by Bryce McMahon Hopkins with effect from 23:59 on 8 May 2020
• disqualify Bryce McMahon Hopkins from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence, being the director of any company or subsidiary or operating in partnership with a person who holding or obtaining such a licence for an indefinite period from 23:59 on 8 May 2020
• disqualify Stephen Hendry from acting as transport manager on any licence until he obtatins a new transport manager CPC with effect from 23:59 on 8 May 2020
