How to ask for a further, independent review of a Budgeting Loan decision if you’re still unhappy after Jobcentre Plus have reviewed it.

If you’re unhappy with a Budgeting Loan decision, you can ask Jobcentre Plus to review it.

If you still think the decision is wrong after the Jobcentre Plus review, you can ask the office of the Independent Case Examiner (ICE) for a further review. You need to do this within 28 days of the date of the Jobcentre Plus review.
