Details

This form is for a farm premises to apply for an approval to operate a combustion plant which uses poultry manure as a fuel.

Only unprocessed manure produced by poultry on the same site can be used as fuel.

The form includes a summary of the basic requirements of the plant before approval can be issued. The approval process includes an inspection of the premises.
